What's included in the price?
Every scan covers the full-body DEXA scan, your report in minutes, a results walkthrough, and the WhatsApp assistant trained on your numbers. There are no hidden add-ons.
Do you charge extra to come to me?
For a doorstep visit, gather six or more people and the mobile suite comes to your home, society or office at no extra cost. For smaller bookings, catch the van at a public stop near you, same scan and report, same price.
How and when do I pay?
Booking is free, you confirm a slot online with no card needed. You pay at the scan itself, by card or UPI. Membership scans are simply ₹0 at the venue.
Are there family or group discounts?
Yes. Book two or more people together, or if you’re 50+, and it’s ₹500 off per person. Useful for couples, families and apartment groups scanning on the same day.
What does the Track plan include?
Three scans across the year at a lower per-scan price, so you can see real change. Most people scan every 3–4 months, which is when meaningful shifts show up.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Every confirmation comes with a link to reschedule or cancel, no calls needed. Since there’s no upfront payment, cancelling simply frees your slot.
